What is included with ROVIA? +

Your ROVIA showerhead comes with three starter cartridges: one fitted and two spare. Your three free gifts are a five-pack of extra cartridges, a hose and a wall bracket. That is eight cartridges in total, with free UK delivery when you sign up to our emails.

Which finishes are available? +

Choose Gloss Black or Charcoal Grey. Both finishes have the same ROVIA features.

What are the spray settings? +

Rain, Mixed and Mist. Use the control on the back of the showerhead to move between settings.

Will ROVIA fit my shower? +

ROVIA uses a standard UK 1/2 connection found on most UK handheld shower hoses. Check your existing fitting before ordering.

Can I use it with an electric or power shower? +

Check your shower manufacturer's instructions before fitting any replacement handset. Do not use ROVIA if your manufacturer advises against third-party showerheads or flow-restricting accessories.

Will it increase my home's water pressure? +

ROVIA does not increase the pressure supplied by your plumbing. Its shape directs the water into a concentrated spray, which can feel stronger.

When should I replace the filter? +

Inspect your cartridge regularly and follow the instructions supplied with your product. Timing varies with your water and usage. Appearance alone cannot confirm performance; replace it when needed.

How do I clean ROVIA? +

Use warm water, a little mild soap and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaning products.

Where can I find fitting and care instructions? +

Read our illustrated installation and care guide. Follow the instructions supplied with your ROVIA.

Where can I buy replacement cartridges? +

ROVIA replacement cartridges are available in packs of five. Your ROVIA offer already includes eight cartridges in total.

How long does delivery take? +

Standard UK delivery is £2.99, or free with email sign-up. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, with expected delivery within 7–10 days.

What about returns and warranty? +

60-day money-back offer. If you haven't felt any noticeable difference, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

Try ROVIA for 60 days from delivery, including normal use. Email hello@vayleawellness.com within 60 days to arrange the return of your ROVIA set. Read the money-back and returns terms.

Unused products can be returned within 30 days. The showerhead has a 12-month breakage warranty, excluding filters. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
